Square perforated metal is a sheet of material that contains holes that are punched by a square die. Square hole perforated metal sheets from Tec-Sieve are lightweight, extremely versatile, and economical.
Square perforated metal is a functional product that can also be used for decorative purposes because of many patterns, materials, and gauges that are available in perforated sheet.

Specifications

1. In terms of flat sheets, their thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 20mm, Their opening size usually ranges from 0.5mm to 200mm, and their overall size is usually 1000mm x 2000mm, 1220mm x 2440mm and 1250mm x 2500mm. If you need a special overall size, please let us know immediately.
2. In terms of coiled sheets, their thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 3mm, and their length ranges between 1 meter and 1000 meters, their width can be up to 1500mm. Their opening size usually ranges from 0.5mm to 20mm.

SQUARE PERFORATION
We have a stock of tools for square holes, starting from w = approx. 2.00 mm hole width. In addition, we offer variants with bevelled corners or clearly visible rounded corners.
For physical reasons, we recommend that both the hole width and the web (the remaining material between the holes) size should be larger than the sheet thickness. If you still need smaller hole widths in thicker material thicknesses, please feel free to reach us, and our engineer will explain in detail.
We have special tools for certain constellations.
