Product Description

Tec-Sieve Hot-Dipped Galvanized Expanded Metal Mesh is usually manufactured from 3mm and 6mm mild steel plate (hot-dip galvanizing after expanding) or galvanized steel plate that once expanded gives a material thickness of 9mm to 22mm. They are available in mill finish, powder coating, painting or PVDF painting.
Tec-Sieve Hot-Dipped Galvanized Expanded Metal Mesh has Grip Walk anti-slip protection as standard and include Supergrip anti-slip protection on wheelchair ramps for increased traction for wheels.
They are fabricated into framed panels for ease of access and can be framed or unframed. The sheets can be welded, joined or clipped into place on site.
Tec-Sieve Hot-Dipped Galvanized Expanded Metal Mesh is manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS EN ISO 14001:2004.
Expanded metal has hole patterns of various styles, which are caused by using different mold sets.

Levelling Each Expanded Mesh Panel in Its Entirety

Packing and Shipping
Wrapped with waterproof plastic film and placed on plywood pallets with plywood cover, then packed strongly using heavy-gauge steel straps. Iron pallets are also available from our factory. 
Shipping includes air freighting and ocean shipping. 
Air freighting is usually suitable for a very small quantity of expanded mesh samples. 
Ocean Shipping falls into LCL shipping and FCL shipping based on the actual order quantity.


Application
They are suitable for a range of applications, such as wheelchair ramps, bridges, fire escapes and gantry platforms in industrial areas, leisure centers, stadiums and container ports. Other uses include marina pontoons, high security compound fencing, car transporter ramps and lorry rear guards.
