Product Description
Product Description of Deer Fence
A deer fence is a fence found in the livestock farming. The deer fence is widely used in the grassland areas for purposes of protecting ecological balance and preventing landslides. It looks very attractive, it is sturdy, durable and low priced. The deer fence is normally made out of hot-dip galvanized steel wires, whose zinc coating weight is usually 60g-100g/m2. But in wet areas, there is a relatively high requirement for the zinc coating weight, namely about 230g/m2. Recently cold galvanized steel wires are also used to produce deer fences in Africa.
Horizontal wires, or warp wires of the deer fence mesh panel, feature their tensile resistance 80kgs to 90kgs to increase their impact resistance. Meanwhile vertical wires, or weft wires of the deer fence mesh panel, are mild steel wires with tensile resistance 40kgs to 50kgs. Vertical wires are wrapped around horizontal wires, and in terms of the wrapping process, the edge wire should be wrapped at least 2.5 laps, whereas the inner wire should be wrapped at least 5 laps (In the course of wrapping, the mechanical pressure 2Tons to 3Tons should be applied to prevent vertical wires from sliding).
The deer fence is structured in a novel, sturdy and precise manner. It is characterized by its smooth surface, uniform mesh eyes, strong integrity, and high toughness. Also no adjacent wires of the deer fence draw close to each other, and the deer fence has many other properties, such as nonslip property, pressure-resistant property, wind-proof property, and rain-proof property. No matter how bad the local natural conditions are, its service life is generally up to several decades. Even if it is cut or pressured locally, it will not become loose or deformed. The deer fence has strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has many advantages over those general steel wire mesh panels.
What is more, it also overcomes the shortcoming that the welding joints of welded mesh panels are easy to break and fall off, and the one-time installation means no looseness for ever.
Surface Requirements of Deer Fences:
In terms of flatness, there shall not be more than 1No uneven area (10cm2) per 50m length, and at any uneven area its unevenness shall not exceed 10mm. The horizontal error of each mesh grid shall not exceed 3mm. No joint is allowed in the horizontal wires of each roll of deer fence, and in terms of all mesh grids, their breakage rate shall be zero.

Applications of Deer Fences
Deer fences are convenient for the planned use of grassland resources, effectively improve grassland utilization rate and grazing efficiency, prevent grassland degradation and protect the natural environment. At the same time, deer fences are also suitable for agricultural and animal husbandry professionals to set up border defense for their family farms, used as farmland boundary fences, and as enclosures of forest nurseries, conservancy areas, tourist areas and hunting areas, and for onstruction site isolation and maintenance.
