Our crimped wire mesh screens are classified as square aperture mesh screens and rectangular aperture (or slotted opening) mesh screens according to their geometry (or hole pattern).
Square Aperture Mesh Screens
Square aperture mesh screens are widely used as screening media in the mining and aggregate industries, due to their high precision and high tensile strength.
Our square aperture mesh screens are characterized by:
1. Carbon steel, stainless steel, 65Mn steel and galvanized steel are available
2. Double crimp, intermediate crimp, lock crimp and flat top crimp mesh screens are available
3. Excellent tear and wear resistance and a long useful life.
Our square aperture mesh screens are divided into four types according to their crimping patterns:

Rectangular Aperture (or Slotted Opening) Mesh Screens
Our rectangular aperture (or slotted opening) Mesh Screens mainly involve Long-Slot Single-Shoot Mesh Screens and Long-Slot Triple-Shoot Mesh Screens.
Both Long-Slot Single-Shoot Mesh Screens and Long-Slot Triple-Shoot Mesh Screens provide maximum open area and tend to prevent blinding or plugging of material (damp or sticky material does not build up on the longer openings), thus offering more throughput and a better self-cleaning effect than square aperture Mesh Screens.
Long-Slot Mesh Screens are pre-crimped specifically to provide better sizing accuracy. They can be manufactured in a "flat-top" weave for more uniform wear and are available in a wide range of smaller dimensions and slot lengths. The smaller dimension controls the sizing of material.
Our rectangular aperture (or slotted opening) Mesh Screens feature that:
1. Carbon steel, stainless steel, 65Mn steel and galvanized steel are available
2. Double crimp, intermediate crimp, lock crimp and flat top crimp are available
3. Excellent tear and wear resistance and a long useful life.

Q2: Can I get a small sample from your factory so that our people can examine its quality before we arrive at a decision to buy from your factory?
A2: Yes, you can. In order for every customer from all over the world to come to know our quality crimped wire mesh products, our management have decided to fabricate a small sample at no charge to the customer, but the customer shall send for the ready-made sample at our factory.
Q3: How could I know whether my order is being executed or not?
A3: Don't worry about it. Our production manager will closely follow up on the production progress, and we will give you relevant pictures and/or videos from time to time so that you can have real-time knowledge of how your order is being executed.
