Stainless Steel Perforated Pipe

Materials: Carbon steel plates, AISI 201 stainless steel plates, AISI 304 stainless steel plates, AISI 316 stainless steel plates, AISI 409 stainless steel plates, and AISI 2250 stainless steel plates.
Specifications: Outside diameter φ10-1000mm.
Thickness of welded pipe wall: 0.4mm-15mm.

The prodcution process of perforated pipes:

1. Based on the pipe diameter as required by the customer, we design the metal band width, then punch and slit it.
2. After the punching process is complete, the perforated metal band will be formed in a spiral or straight-shaped roll (the punch side is inward or outward) by using the argon arc welding process.
