Brief Description of Lock Crimp (LC)
Lock Crimp is a more modern and very versatile crimp style that has been largely overlooked for architectural applications. Unlike Plain Crimp, Lock Crimp is characterized by straight sections of wire connected by a well defined 'bump' at the wire intersections. Lock Crimp yields material with superb dimensional stability and has a clean look that many designers find visually appealing. Lock Crimp works well at practically any MD ratio of 4:1 and greater.

Overview of SS LC Woven Cable Mesh
Stainless steel lock crimped woven cable mesh panels made by Tec-Sieve consists of lock crimped weft wires and warp cables.
The warp cables create flexibility lengthwise and the lock crimped weft wires create stability crosswise so that the metal wire mesh element can be easily tensioned in one direction while remaining rigid in the other direction. Our stainless steel lock crimped woven cable mesh panels are well suited for exterior applications where an aesthetically pleasing yet protective facade is required.
It should be noted that the lock crimped weft wires can be finished in any RAL color that our customer wants.
In addition to stainless steel materials, aluminum, copper, phosphor copper and brass materials are also available. 
Our stainless steel lock crimped woven cable mesh panels can be woven up to 8 meters in width. We can also cut the wire mesh element to your desirable size and shape.
