Hebei Tec-Sieve Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. ("Tec-Sieve" for short) is a comprehensive enterprise integrating production, R&D, sales and trade.
Tec-Sieve has the most advanced medium and heavy duty CNC punching machines in China, including high-speed gantry punches and supporting CNC shears and CNC bending machines.
In addition, we are also equipped with some high precision machines, including CNC turret punch presses.
Meanwhile, Tec-Sieve is equipped for many fabrication processess, including without limitation cutting to size, leveling, notching, bending, drilling, forming, welding, edging with matching strips and recoiling. 
Our company specializes in the manufacture of punched plates, perforated plates, perforated tubing and screen sieves.
At Tec-Sieve, we are equipped to punch a wide range of perforation patterns in a variety of materials including mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy,
brass and plastic sheets, etc.
The perforation patterns we can do include without limitation round holes, square holes, round-end slotted holes, rectangular holes, triangular holes, hexagon holes, diamond holes and fish-scale holes.
For many years, perforated metal products our company has manufactured have been exported to developed countries and regions, including USA, South Korea and UAE. Our perforated metal products have gained recognition from overseas customers.

Production Process

Step 1 Mold Design

The perforating process starts with the accuracy of mold design. We have every confidence in the top quality mold that is principally responsible for top quality perforations. Therefore in recent years, we have invested a lot of money in the mold design, and now we have seen our significantly increased capacity to construct molds. Tec-Sieve has owned several hundred sets of molds, so ordinary holes patterns will not necessitate the remaking of new molds, and these molds are available directly from our storeroom of molds.   
Step 2 Punching

We have the state-of-the-art CNC punching equipment, which are of 16MT, 25MT, 40MT and 80MT types.  The daily output can reach up to 1000 square meters. Based upon different material types, the plate thickness usually ranges from 0.1mm to 10mm.  
Step 3 Leveling
We have 2.7 meters wide leveling machines, which enable perforated sheets to be as smooth as the original plates. 
Step 4 Cutting
We have advanced CNC plate shearing machines, which can cut perforated sheets to any accurate sizes you desire.
Step 5 Shaping
We have advanced bending machines, which can bend perforated sheets to various shapes to meet your exact requirements. 
Step 6 Packing
Many years of experience in the exportation of perforated metal has convinced Tec-Sieve that good quality products have to be companied by good quality packing, and in this way our clients can receive best quality products in the end!
