Our crimped wire screen cloth is made of metal wires that have been crimped prior to weaving. Metal wires are crimped before the weaving operation, so this weave style is also known as pre-crimped weave. The pre-crimping operation enables both the warp and weft wires to nest securely with each other restricting their random movement and ensuring an accurate and consistent opening size.
And the pre-crimped weaving technique adds strength and rigidity to woven wire mesh screens.
Our crimped wire mesh screens are manufactured from many types of materials and in wire sizes usually ranging from 0.41mm to 12.7mm diameter or greater, and their clear openings size usually ranges from 0.65mm to 250mm.
Our material types for crimped wire mesh screens include, but are not limited to, carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and special materials.
In the wire cloth industry, most crimped wire mesh screens are manufactured in plain weaving.

Square Aperture Mesh Screens
Square aperture mesh screens are widely used as screening media in the mining and aggregate industries, due to their high precision and high tensile strength.
Our square aperture mesh screens are characterized by:
1. Carbon steel, stainless steel, 65Mn steel and galvanized steel are available
2. Double crimp, intermediate crimp, lock crimp and flat top crimp mesh screens are available
3. Excellent tear and wear resistance and a long useful life.
Our square aperture mesh screens are divided into four types according to their crimping patterns:

Square pattern wire cloth using warp and fill wires of equal size. Warp wires pass over and under fill wires in an alternating pattern at adjacent intersections. |
TYPE IC - INTER CRIMP Wire cloth manufactured with crimped warp wires filled at every other crimp with fill wires. The resulting cloth provides superior rigidity and greater stability. |
TYPE LC - LOCK CRIMP Versatile wire cloth manufactured to hold accurate openings. Each intersection is formed with straight sections of fill wires woven within straight sections of warp wires. Fill wires are woven in an alternating pattern, top and bottom. |
TYPE FT - FLAT TOP CRIMP All crimping is offset to one side producing a wire cloth with all wire surfaces in a single plane on the top. This even surface allows for the smooth flow of materials over the top surface of the cloth. |

Q2: Can I get a small sample from your factory so that our people can examine its quality before we arrive at a decision to buy from your factory?
A2: Yes, you can. In order for every customer from all over the world to come to know our quality crimped wire mesh products, our management have decided to fabricate a small sample at no charge to the customer, but the customer shall send for the ready-made sample at our factory.
Q3: How could I know whether my order is being executed or not?
