Our Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Screens of Flexible Construction are usually woven from stainless steel weft wires in lock crimping style and stainless steel warp cables.
In addition to stainless steel materials, aluminum, copper, bronze and brass materials are also available.
The warp cables create flexibility lengthwise and the lock crimped weft wires create stability crosswise so that the metal wire mesh element can be easily tensioned in one direction while remaining rigid in the other direction. Our Flexible Construction of Decorative Architectural Mesh Screens-Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Screens are well suited for exterior applications where an aesthetically pleasing yet protective facade is required.
As a rule, the entire mesh screen panels can be finished in any RAL color provided the overall size of mesh screen panels accommodates to the surface treatment facility. Or only stainless steel weft wires are finished in a RAL color when finishing the entire mesh screen panels is unpractical.
Our flexible woven crimped wire and cable mesh screen panels can be woven up to 8 meters in width.
We can also cut the mesh screen panels to your desirable size and shape.
