Features of Twill Weave and Plain Weave of 400-Mesh Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh: 
In terms of twill weave, each warp wire passes over two weft wires and under two weft wires, whereas each weft wire passes over two warp wires and under two warp wires. The warp wire is the same thickness as the weft wire. 
In terms of plain weave, each warp wire passes over one weft wire and under one weft wire, with each row alternating, producing a high number of intersections.
Packaging Method of Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh: 
Each section of our stainless steel woven wire mesh shall be firmly rolled up onto a sturdy paper tube, then the resultant mesh roll shall be wrapped with moistureproof paper and plastic film or woven plastic bags properly. Or the bubble wrap is used as the outmost protective covering for the mesh roll, and finally the mesh roll covered with the bubble wrap is placed into a large diameter paper tube, whose two ends shall be tightly sealed. 

400-mesh stainless steel woven wire meshes produced by our factory have uniform apertures and smooth mesh surface. They are clean, free from oily soils and have no color difference.
