What is perforated metal sheet?
Perforated metal sheet, also known as perforated metal, perforated sheet, perforated plate or perforated screen, is a sheet metal that has been
mechanically stamped or punched using CNC technology or in some cases laser cutting to create different holes sizes, shapes and patterns. Materials used to manufacture perforated metal sheets include aluminum, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, brass, tinplate, copper, Monel, Inconel, titanium, and many more.

What are the features of perforated metal sheets from Tec-Sieve?
1. A wide range of material types are available, including without limitation aluminum, carbon steel (cold rolled steel), galvanized steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, tinplate, Monel, Inconel and titanium.
2. A wide range of hole types are available, including without limitation round holes, square holes, round-end slotted holes, rectangular holes, triangular holes, hexagon holes, diamond holes and fish-scale holes.
3. A wide range of perforation patterns are available, including without limitation our standard round staggered 60-degree, round diagonal
45-degree, round straight, round-end slot, square, and decorative patterns.

Product Parameters
At Tec-Sieve, three kinds of perforated sheet metal, namely perforated aluminium sheets, perforated galvanized steel sheets and perforated stainless steel sheets are manufactured in large quantities.
1. Perforated Aluminum Sheets
Perforated aluminium sheets are corrosive resistant and commonly used in interior and exterior design, HVAC, noise suppression, sunscreens, buildings facades and more.

2. Perforated Galvanized Steel Sheets
Perforated galvanized steel sheets are made out of hot-dip galvanized steel shetes. Thehot-dip zinc coating provides better corrosion resistance compared to electro-galvanized sheets.

3. Perforated Stainless Steel Sheets

Therefore our factory is well empowered to carry out subsequent fabrication processing of finished perforated metal sheets, including cutting to size, leveling, notching, bending, forming, welding, edging with matching strips and recoiling, etc.
4. A wide range of surface treatments for perforated metal sheets are available from our factory, and these surface finishing processes include degreasing, sand-blasting, polishing, cold galvanization for carbon steel, hot-dip galvanization for carbon steel, paint spraying, PVC powder coating, fluidized bed coating, PVDF paint coating, PVD titanizing for stainless steel, and anodizing for aluminum, etc. in any feasible RAL color to suit specific design and functional requirements.
