Our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh is fabricated from high quality and robust stainless steel ropes. These ropes are swaged with stainless steel ferrules in a special process to form a highly flexible and transparent grid structure that is suitable for two- or three-dimensional applications.
The rope diameter includes without limitation 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm and 8mm. The rope construction types usually include 6x7+WSC and 6x19+WSC. 
Our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh products usually have a variety of diamond-shaped opening sizes W x H ranging from 20mm x 35mm to 120mm x 208mm. But if you need some other opening sizes, we can custom make them too.
When our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh is fully tensioned, it has a standard mesh angle of 60°. However during manufacture, our stainless steel rope ferruled mesh looks like that as shown in the picture below.Our material types usually include AISI 304, 304L, 316 and 316L.
