Our decades of experience in the wire cloth industry qualifies as an invaluable wealth that helps us turn out high quality crimped wire mesh screens in ordinary carbon steel (16Mn Steel or #45 Steel), high carbon abrasion resistant steel (65Mn Steel), galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy (Grade 5154 or 5052, etc.), brass, red copper and many other metals and in a diverse range of opening sizes.

Our crimped wire screen cloth is made of metal wires that have been crimped prior to weaving. Metal wires are crimped before the weaving operation, so this weave style is also known as pre-crimped weave. The pre-crimping operation enables both the warp and weft wires to nest securely with each other restricting their random movement and ensuring an accurate and consistent opening size. And the pre-crimped weaving technique adds strength
and rigidity to woven wire mesh screens.
Our crimped wire mesh screens are manufactured from many types of materials and in wire sizes usually ranging from 0.41mm to 12.7mm diameter or greater, and their clear openings size usually ranges from 0.65mm to 250mm.
Our material types for crimped wire mesh screens include, but are not limited to, carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and special materials.
In the wire cloth industry, most crimped wire mesh screens are manufactured in plain weaving.
Our pre-crimped weave mainly involves 5 types of crimping patterns, i.e. double crimp, intermediate crimp, lock crimp, flat top crimp and triple shute crimp.
Our crimped wire mesh screens are widely used in a wide range of industries, such as wastewater, oil refining, mining and aggregate, food processing, security, construction and architectural industries, which require strength and rigidity. Especially in the mining and aggregate industry, there is an urgent need for something to screen, size, sort and filter heavy or large materials, so our crimped wire mesh screens can be used as sieves or vibration screening media and installed in vibrating screen machines properly before they bring about their functions of screening, sizing, sorting, and filtering to the fullest.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel 300 series contain chromium and nickel in proportions that make them austenitic at room temperatures. They are not magnetic in the annealed condition but become slightly magnetic when cold worked. Superior corrosion resistance and strength at high temperatures are the primary reasons for the choice of these alloys. The two most popular steels in this range are AISI 304 (18% chromium and 8% nickel) and AISI 316 (17% chromium,10% nickel and 2% molybdenum) for a higher degree of corrosion resistance due to the addition of molybdenum.
Stainless steel alloy 2205 is a ferritic-austenitic stainless steel, so it is also referred to as 2205 duplex stainless steel. Of the duplex stainless steel grades, 2205 duplex stainless steel is the most widely used of its kind. It is used in applications where high strength and excellent corrosion resistance is necessary. It is designed to combine improved resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion. 2205 duplex stainless steel provides nearly double the corrosion resistance typical in other austenitic stainless steels.
2507 duplex stainless steel is a super duplex stainless steel with 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel. This stainless-steel alloy is designed for applications which require exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. 2507 duplex stainless steel has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity, and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The high chromium, molybdenum, and nickel levels provide excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and general corrosion.

A2: Yes, you can. In order for every customer from all over the world to come to know our quality crimped wire mesh products, our management have decided to fabricate a small sample at no charge to the customer, but the customer shall send for the ready-made sample at our factory.
Q3: How could I know whether my order is being executed or not?
A3: Don't worry about it. Our production manager will closely follow up on the production progress, and we will give you relevant pictures and/or videos from time to time so that you can have real-time knowledge of how your order is being executed.
